People are having a great time watching traditional performances and playing fun folk games. This festival is extra special because the area where it’s held, called the Boysun Cultural Space, is actually considered a world treasure!
The United Nations cultural organization, UNESCO, recognized Boysun’s traditions as a “Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Cultural Heritage.” This basically means it’s a super important part of human history and culture.
