Turkmen-American Business Forum has opened in Ashgabat
The Turkmenistan-USA business forum has opened at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, where key areas of cooperation between the countries in the field of trade and investment will be discussed, ORIENT reports.
Among the main topics of the meeting were the interaction of state and private enterprises of Turkmenistan with American business in industry, energy, healthcare and drug production, agriculture and the transport sector.
The Turkmen side is represented by more than 60 companies and government agencies, and the American side is represented by representatives of such companies as Boeing, Case New Holland, John Deere, Visa, Smartmatic, Oxbow, Niklaus Companies, UGT Renewables, etc.
The forum is being held as part of a mission organized within the framework of the Turkmenistan-USA Business Council, a non—profit organization headquartered in Washington that promotes the development of commercial relations between the countries.
