Türkiye Citizens Can Now Stay in Kazakhstan Visa-Free for Up to 90 Days

Kazakhstan’s government has approved a new regulation allowing citizens of Türkiye to stay in the country without a visa for up to 90 days.

The draft decree amending the country’s migration rules was published on the official regulatory portal.

Previously, Turkish nationals could stay in Kazakhstan for up to 30 days without a visa. The change aims to strengthen bilateral ties, attract tourism and investment, and promote economic diplomacy between the two countries.

The government emphasized that the extended visa-free period poses no risks to Kazakhstan’s socio-economic stability, legal order, or national security.
