The local administration of the Temir District in the Aktobe Region greeted the Turkish couple, Buran Duran and Idil Duran, along with journalist Enes Ildiri, on the Aktobe-Astrakhan highway.
According to the Temir District administration, local official Salamat Amanbayev met with the Turkish visitors to discuss events aimed at promoting national culture. These include an exhibition of crafts from Kazakhstan and other countries, traditional music performances, and other cultural activities. Amanbayev emphasized that the World Nomad Games are designed to celebrate national sports and encourage a healthy lifestyle. He also presented the travelers with a special gift as a token of goodwill.
The Turkish guests expressed their gratitude for the warm reception. They enjoyed local cuisine and watched performances by local artists and youth. The visitors also learned about the unique history of the Temir District during their stop at a nearby roadside service center.
Earlier, the Turkish travelers had visited the city of Aktau before continuing their journey to attend the 5th World Nomad Games.
