President Recep Tayyip Erdogan went to Kazakhstan to attend the Fourth Meeting of the High Level Strategic Cooperation Council and the Sixth Summit of the Conference (CICA) on Cooperation and Confidence Building Measures in Asia.
President Erdogan was welcomed with an official ceremony by his counterpart Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in Astana.
The two leaders had a one-on-one meeting. Regional developments and bilateral relations were discussed.
President Erdogan and Tokayev also played table tennis. Images of those moments were shared from Erdogan Digital Media’s account.
Then Kazakh President’s press secretary Ruslan Zheldibai noted that Tokayev and Erdogan agreed to continue playing table tennis in Kazakhstan in autumn.
