“Turkic Civilization and Global Culture: the Inscription of Elterish Kutlug Kaghan” in Paris

On December 15, 2022, at 9:30 AM (Paris time) the UNESCO headquarters in Paris will host the international forum “Turkic Civilization and Global Culture: the Inscription of Elterish Kutlug Qaghan”, organized by the Turkic Academy.

The event is organized within the framework of the Day of Turkic Languages.

The presentation of the newly discovered inscription in honor of Elterish Kutlug Qaghan will be attended by the President of the Turkic Academy, Professor Shain Mustafayev, heads of international organizations, heads of UNESCO national commissions of the OTG member countries, heads of national Academies of sciences, scientists and representatives of the academic environment from 10 countries.
