Toyota Announces Recall of 580,000 Vehicles Over Brake System Issue

Japan’s leading automaker, Toyota Motor, has initiated a recall of approximately 580,000 vehicles due to a potential flaw in the brake system, as reported by NHK TV channel.

The recall stems from concerns about incorrectly tightened bolts on the pedals of these vehicles, which, in the worst-case scenario, could result in brake failure. As of now, there have been no reported incidents related to this malfunction.

This latest recall follows a previous one on November 3, where Toyota recalled 328,000 vehicles due to malfunctions in the fuel pumps manufactured by Denso Corporation that were installed in them.
