The working visit will include Tokayev’s participation in the signing ceremony of the Charter of the Peace Council on Gaza. The information was confirmed by the press service of the Kazakh President.
Earlier, President Trump announced the initiative to establish the Peace Council on Gaza and formally invited President Tokayev to join the body. Kazakhstan was also offered the status of a founding member of the Council.
The signing of the Peace Council’s Charter is scheduled to take place in Davos on January 22.
