Tokayev Meets with Eurasian Economic Commission Chairman Bakytzhan Sagintayev
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev welcomed Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), in a recent meeting, extending congratulations on his new appointment.
During the meeting, President Tokayev was briefed on EEC’s key priorities and future development prospects. Additionally, discussions centered on the current state of collaboration between Kazakhstan and EEC.
Crucial matters concerning the formulation of the Action Plan for implementing the “Eurasian Economic Path” Declaration until 2030 and 2045 were deliberated upon. Furthermore, preparations for the forthcoming landmark meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, scheduled for May in Moscow, were addressed.
