At the ceremony, the Ambassador Kiran,  “We will be very pleased to welcome you in Turkey after the training andthe accomplishments you have done here, in this beautiful environment, which is carried out in cooperation with UNUO and TIKA.” he said.

Underlining that being disabled is “not a deficiency” Kiran, “Everyone can become disabled one day. The important thing is to have the acumen to overcome these obstacles. We also have millions of disabled brothers and sisters in Turkey. Our government is doing very important work to understand and explain that their disability is not a fault.” he said.
