The next World Nomad Games will be held in Kyrgyzstan

The next World Nomad Games are set to take place in Kyrgyzstan in 2026.

The announctment  by Altynbek Maksutov, the Minister of Culture, Sports, and Youth of Kyrgyzstan, in a video message on Instagram.

Maksutov congratulated everyone on the ongoing Nomad Games in Astana and highlighted the strong performance of Kyrgyz athletes. He shared the exciting news that the World Nomad Games, which originally began in Kyrgyzstan, will return to the country in 2026.

The first three editions of the Games were held in the Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan, while the fourth took place in Turkey. Kazakhstan is currently hosting the fifth edition. This year, 282 athletes are representing Kyrgyzstan, competing in all the sports featured in the Games.
