The Head of State Met with Presight.AI CEO Thomas Pramotedham
During the meeting, discussions focused on strengthening cooperation in high-performance computing, digital transformation, and the implementation of advanced technologies in Kazakhstan.
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized the importance of developing digital infrastructure and highlighted the strategic significance of establishing a supercomputer cluster in the country.
Thomas Pramotedham, in turn, briefed the President on the progress of this project.
Special attention was given to the localization of technologies and the involvement of Kazakhstani companies in joint projects. The Presight.AI CEO praised the expertise of local IT firms and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to long-term partnerships.
The meeting also covered prospects for the Smart City project in collaboration with the Astana mayor’s office. The President expressed support for AI-driven solutions in urban infrastructure management, particularly highlighting the creation of a situational center at the Alem.AI International Center for Artificial Intelligence, which will enhance the efficiency of city services.
President Tokayev underscored the importance of continuing cooperation on key initiatives aimed at Kazakhstan’s digital transformation and technological advancement.
