The border gates between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are temporarily closed
Starting from December 1, the Zangiota-Kaplanbek highway crossing point on the Uzbek-Kazakh border will be closed.
The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced that the Zangiota-Kaplanbek highway crossing point on the border of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan will be closed.
It was noted that modernization works will be carried out at the Zangiota-Kaplanbek highway crossing poin, and therefore the border gate will be temporarily closed as of December 1, 2022.
