Thailand introduces temporary visa-free regime for Kazakhstanis

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has announced that Thailand will be introducing a temporary visa-free regime for Kazakhstanis from September 25, 2023 to February 29, 2024, , Turanews.kz reports.

With the temporary visa-free regime, Kazakhstanis will be able to stay in Thailand for up to 30 days without a visa.

For longer trips, an appropriate visa will still be required.

To enter Thailand under the visa-free regime, Kazakhstanis will need to have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining from the date of entry. They will also need to have a return ticket or proof of onward travel.
