Tesla Sales Drop by 13%

Over the past three months, the American company’s sales have declined by 13%, with a total of 337,000 electric vehicles sold.

This marks the lowest sales figures in the past three years, with a particularly sharp decline observed in Europe, according to inbusiness.kz.

Experts attribute the drop to the recent refresh of Tesla’s best-selling Model Y.

Others suggest that the decline may also be linked to Elon Musk’s public image. His leadership is divisive—some support him, while others criticize him. Since he took charge of the U.S. government, thousands of Tesla employees have left the company. While the official explanation was to cut government spending, the fairness of these layoffs remains uncertain.

Over the last four months, Tesla’s stock price has plummeted by 40%.
