Kazakhstani Alexander Bublik won against Swiss Stan Wawrinka 2-1 who occupies the 284th place in the planet’s rating, in the semi-finals of ATP 250 in France.
After three games, The Swiss tennis player had to withdraw due to an injury.
In the final of the ATP 250 series tournament, the first racket of Kazakhstan will play with Lorenzo Sonego from Italy.
Meanwhile, Timofey Skatov failed to reach the finals of the Challenger tournament in Braga (Portugal). In the semi-finals, the Kazakhstani lost to the American Moreno De Alboron with a score of 6:3, 5:7, 2:6.
Alexander Bublik now occupies 45th of the top ATP rankings.
