According to UzA news agency, volunteer content creators, editors, and active members of the wiki movement from across the region will gather to promote open knowledge. The event is supported by the Wikimedia Foundation and organized in cooperation with leading regional partners.
Key organizers include the Uzbek-speaking Wikimedians User Group, Diplomat International School, the Uzbekistan Society of Inventors and Rationalizers, and local wiki communities from neighboring countries.
Participants will exchange experiences and discuss new initiatives to expand access to free knowledge in Central Asia.
