The event kicked off at the Navruz cinema with the screening of the feature film “Abdullo Aripov,” as reported by NIAT “Khovar,” citing the Ministry of Culture of Tajikistan.
Highlights of the program include a meeting of the Joint Commission of Cinematographers from both countries, aimed at developing the script for the feature film “Shining of the Stars: Jami and Navoi.” Additionally, various cultural events, including meetings of intellectuals and a concert program by Uzbekistan’s National Center “Makom” named after Yunus Rajabi, are scheduled.
To foster cultural exchange, a special program titled “Friendship Forever” will feature artists from Tajikistan and Uzbekistan at the Kokhi Borbad State Complex.
The Uzbekistani delegation will also embark on a tour of Dushanbe’s gardens and squares, as well as scenic locations in Gissar, Vakhdat, and Varzob region.
