Nurbol Nursagatov, the Akim of Semey, honored Anna Fedorovna Kazachenko on her 108th birthday, acknowledging her lifetime of dedication and service to the community.

“Dear Anna Fedorovna, please accept my heartfelt congratulations on your birthday! Your selfless work for our city has earned you medals, and your life is a testament to courage and diligence. Anna Fedorovna Kazachenko was born on May 20, 1916, in the village of Laptilok, Altai Territory, into a peasant family. Her father, Fyodor Demyanovich Kalinin, died in the civil war, leaving her mother to raise five children alone. From the age of eight, Anna took care of her younger siblings, and by sixteen, she was working on a collective farm. After completing courses to become a combine operator, she worked in that field for many years. In 1938, Anna married, and in 1951, she moved to Semipalatinsk, where she has resided ever since.
