In his message, Tokayev emphasized that Kazakhstan views Oman as one of its most reliable and significant partners in the Arab world and the broader Middle East. He noted that relations between Astana and Muscat are built on a solid foundation of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation, with considerable potential for further development.
The President wished Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said success in his responsible state duties and conveyed his best wishes for prosperity and well-being to the Omani people.
