President Tokayev Honors Kyrgyzstan’s President Japarov with Order of Dostyk, 1st Degree
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan conferred the prestigious Order of Dostyk, 1st Degree upon President Sadyr Japarov of the Kyrgyz Republic in recognition of his significant contributions to fostering and fortifying bilateral relations.
