In a telegram sent to her loved ones, President Tokayev expressed deep sympathy for their loss and paid tribute to Zhailganova’s significant contributions to the nation.
“Anar Nuralykyzy worked diligently for the advancement of our country, actively participating in numerous commendable initiatives and establishing herself as a highly skilled professional. Her enduring legacy as a dedicated public servant will forever be cherished in our hearts,” the telegram read.
Born on July 10, 1969, in Semipalatinsk, Zhailganova graduated from Kazakh State University al-Farabi in 1991. Throughout her career, she held various positions, including junior researcher at the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, senior consultant on civil cases at the South Kazakhstan Regional Court, and judge at both the South Kazakhstan Regional Court and the Supreme Court.
From June 2019 until January 11, 2022, she served as the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs. Zhailganova is survived by her husband and adult daughter.
