While President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s official visit to the United Arab Emirates ends as of today, various agreements were signed between the two states. Turanews.kz reports citing the press service of Akorda.
During the official visit, the Kazakh leader met with UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan at the Al-Watan Palace in Abu Dhabi.
Leaders of both countries reviewed the opportunities to diversify cooperation in different fields such as investment, economy, development and renewable energy. They also signed on 9 agreements which aims at improving cooperation and strengthening the relations between the two countries in areas such as energy, health, transportation, education and ports.
Bin Zayed stated that for more than 30 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992, the relations between the two countries have come to the fore with strength and mutual understanding.
