Over 4.2 Million Citizens Eligible to Vote in Kyrgyzstan’s Parliamentary Elections

Kyrgyzstan’s Central Election Commission has finalized the voter list for the early parliamentary elections scheduled for 30 November 2025.

According to the CEC, a total of 4,294,243 voters are registered nationwide, including 2,081,514 men and 2,212,729 women. Citizens can verify their voter status via the short numbers 1255 and 11, by checking the website tizme.gov.kg, through local polling stations, or by sending an SMS with their ID number to 119.

The finalized voter lists will be posted at 2,492 polling stations by 25 November.

President Sadyr Japarov has stated he intends to personally oversee the election process and warned that any attempts to destabilize the situation in the country will fail.

To support voters abroad, additional polling stations have been opened in Kazakhstan — in Almaty, Taraz, and Shymkent — bringing the total number of stations in the country to seven.

A total of 467 candidates are registered for the upcoming elections. 378 international observers have been accredited. More than 10,000 police officers will ensure public order on election day.

On 22 November, security services detained 10 individuals suspected of preparing mass unrest following the elections.
