Over 2,000 Students Expelled in Kyrgyzstan Over Education Violations
More than 2,170 students have been expelled from Batken State University and its affiliated institutions in Kyrgyzstan due to various violations. The move follows an investigation conducted by the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The probe revealed widespread disregard for class attendance rules and higher education regulations.
The expulsions are as follows:

BatSU College of Pedagogy and Communication – 72 students
Authorities say efforts to combat corruption and irregularities in the education system will continue.
