New Sports Complex to Be Built in Almaty Region Using Recovered Assets
The government has allocated 1.1 billion tenge for the construction of a sports complex in the village of Zhalagash, Kegen District, Almaty Region. This project is being implemented under the framework of the Law on the Return of Illegally Acquired Assets to the State.
According to Primeminister.kz, funds from the Special State Fund, as directed by the President, are being utilized to build socially significant facilities in various regions.
The new sports complex will be designed for physical training and competitive events. It will feature multiple halls for boxing, wrestling, and other sports.
