Mexico to open embassy in Kazakhstan

Aibek Smadiyarov, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs annouced that In this year, the embassy of Mexico will be opened in Astana city, Turanews.kz reports.

It was stated that on January 12-13, the annual meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mexico Marcelo Ebrard with the diplomatic corps accredited which was held in Mexico City.

“Minister Ebrard officially announced that Mexico will open 5 new embassies in 2023 which one of them will take place in the capital city of Kazakhstan” said the Minister Smadyarov.

“Kazakhstan welcomes the decision of the Mexican government and is ready to help Mexico open an embassy in Astana,” said Aibek Smadiyarov.
