Law regulating remote work in Kyrgyzstan comes into force

On January 11, a law regulating remote work came into force in Kyrgyzstan.

Zhanabil Davletbaev, Deputy Head of the International Business Council, shared about this on his Facebook page.

“These norms simplify not only the hiring and activities of workers during emergencies and emergencies, but also the hiring, as expected, of people with limited mobility, homeworkers, residents of hard-to-reach regions, freelancers and other persons as full-fledged workers who are subject to all labor protection standards , protection guarantees, etc., provided for by the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

It is also important that this employment contract provides for greater freedom to determine working conditions by the parties, compensation for the use of their own equipment,” Davletbaev wrote.
