Kyrgyzstan spends $1 billion for national defense

The director of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic Kamchybek Tashiev announced the allocation of $1 billion for the defense of the country.

Tashiev during his visit to the Osh region told about the strengthening of the army of Kyrgyzstan.

According to him, one billion dollars has been allocated for the on purpose of defence of the country over the past two years.

“This amount has been spent on military equipments, ammunition, weapons that are necessary item for Armed Forces of the republic.
We the Kyrgyz Republic don’t need them for war but to defend our country and keep the peace.” Tashiev said.
