Kyrgyzstan sends rescuers to aid in operations after the earthquake in Türkiye
A search and rescue team of 63 people under the Ministry of Emergencies was sent to Turkey.
Rescuers from Kyrgyzstan left for Türkiye on instructions from the President Sadyr Japarov, where an earthquake of magnitude 7.7 occurred on Monday, Turanews.kz reports citing the Press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyz Republic.
It was reported that the team consisting of health workers and psychologists, as well as search and rescue officers, included two specially trained dogs.
On the other hand, it was stated that the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan has recently made preparations to send humanitarian aid to Turkey.
