According to the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Deputy Director Damir Bikulov visited the construction site on October 8 to review the progress and discuss the next stages of implementation. Both sides emphasized the strong partnership between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan and reaffirmed their commitment to completing the project on schedule.
The hotel is being built on a 17.2-hectare plot, with a total floor area of nearly 30,000 square meters. The seven-story facility will include over 120 rooms of various categories, as well as a swimming pool, hammam, bars, an aqua park, a bowling alley, and a football field—all meeting international hospitality standards.
A key focus of the project is staff training: local employees will receive professional education in Azerbaijan according to global service standards. Around 200 jobs have already been created during the construction phase.
The hotel’s completion and opening are expected in the second quarter of 2026. Once operational, it will become one of Issyk-Kul’s largest tourism facilities, boosting both the region’s tourism potential and its investment attractiveness.
