Kyrgyz-German Business Forum Held in Frankfurt am Main

First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaliev, participated in the Kyrgyz-German business forum, “Economy Day of Kyrgyzstan in Frankfurt am Main,” during his working trip to Frankfurt, Germany.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan reported that the following agreements were signed:

  • Memorandum of Understanding: Between the Green Energy Fund under the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan and the German-French banking group “ODDO BHF”.
  • Agricultural Machinery Supply Contracts:
    • Between Aiyl Bank OJSC, MTS Standard Agroservice LLC, and Amazonen-Werke.
    • Between Aiyl Bank OJSC, MTS Standard Agroservice LLC, and Grimme Landmaschinenfabrik.

In his speech at the forum, Kasymaliev highlighted the achievements of 32 years of cooperation with Germany, mentioning the implementation of several socially significant projects. He specifically noted the opening of the Anti-TB Clinic and the Perinatal Center in Bishkek, both built and equipped to modern standards.

He also emphasized the growth in joint trade turnover over the past four years, from 2019 to 2023, which has increased by 5.5 times, with imports rising nearly sixfold. Additionally, more than 180 joint Kyrgyz-German enterprises are currently operating in Kyrgyzstan:
