KNB Explains Traffic Congestion at Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan Border
The Border Service has reported traffic congestion at the Kegen checkpoint in the Almaty region, located on the Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan border.
According to the agency, the congestion is due to road repairs in the border area.
Other checkpoints are operating normally with no restrictions.
“We ask you to take this situation into account and adjust your travel plans if possible,” stated a representative from the KNB press service.
