KazTransOil Boosts Oil Supplies to Kyrgyzstan, Resumes Transit via Uzbekistan Route

Kazakhstan’s national pipeline operator KazTransOil has increased crude oil deliveries to Kyrgyzstan and resumed transit shipments in the direction of Uzbekistan.

Oil supplies to Kyrgyzstan were reactivated in November this year, marking the first deliveries along this route since 2017. The company plans to ship up to 30,000 tonnes of oil to Kyrgyzstan by the end of 2025.

KazTransOil also announced that oil transit towards Uzbekistan is expected to reach up to 35,000 tonnes in December.

All shipments are transported through the main oil pipeline system to the “Shagyr” oil loading facility, where crude is transferred into railway tank cars.

The positive dynamics in transportation volumes reflect effective and mutually beneficial cooperation with international partners, the company noted.
