Kazakhstan’s Commitment to Peace Echoed by Minister: Calls for Palestinian Self-Determination at Regional Summit

During the summit of the League of Arab States (ADL) and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Riyadh, Murat Nurtleu, the Foreign Minister of Republic of Kazakhstan, placed a spotlight on the critical importance of ensuring a peaceful and secure future for the Palestinian people, TuraNews.kz reports.

Emphasizing the significance of the “Two states for two peoples” formula in line with UN resolutions, Minister Nurtleu underscored Kazakhstan’s firm commitment to this diplomatic framework.

The minister reaffirmed Kazakhstan’s unwavering support for the legitimate rights of Palestinians concerning self-determination and the establishment of an internationally recognized Palestinian state. In a display of solidarity with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, he urged an immediate halt to hostilities in the Gaza Strip.
