Denis Evseev (ATP 197) is currently participating in the ATP Challenger series clay tournament in Maya, Portugal. In the first round, the Kazakhstani athlete secured a victory against Greek player Stefanos Sakellaridis (ATP 286) with a scoreline of 6:2, 7:6. His next challenge in the second round awaits against Swedish player Elias Ymer (ATP 159).
Meanwhile, Aruzhan Sagandykova (WTA 792) demonstrated her prowess in the ITF W15 series hard tournament in Monastir, Tunisia. She triumphed over Italian competitor Camilla Zaolini (WTA 929) in a convincing two-set match, concluding with a score of 6:4, 6:2. In the upcoming second round, Aruzhan is set to face Romanian Andrea Prisacariu (WTA 347), who holds the top seed in the tournament.
