Kazakhstan-Türkiye: New Steps in Investment Cooperation
During the working visit of Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Türkiye, Erkebulan Sapiyev, fruitful meetings were held with leading representatives of Turkish business groups, including "LC Waikiki," "Alarko Holding," "Yildiz Holding," "TAV Airports Holding," and "S Sistem Lojistik."
As reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, during the bilateral meetings, Turkish investors highly appreciated the results of existing investment projects and emphasized the attractiveness of Kazakhstan’s trade and investment climate.
E. Sapiyev noted that Kazakhstan’s policy aims to maintain a stable and predictable investment climate. Special attention is given to direct interaction with investors at every stage of project implementation. The country’s economy demonstrates stable growth, creating favorable conditions for attracting and increasing foreign investments.
Turkish companies expressed interest in expanding cooperation with Kazakhstan. In particular, discussions are underway regarding the reinvestment of funds into new projects that are already in the pipeline.
In the medium term, the Turkish side plans to invest $500 million in sectors such as transportation, logistics, and manufacturing.
Kazakhstan’s Consul General in Istanbul, Nuriddin Amankul, emphasized the importance of further strengthening mutually beneficial relations with Turkish investors and expressed readiness to provide comprehensive support from the diplomatic mission.
