Kazakhstan Issues Warning for Citizens to Leave Ukraine Amid Escalating Conflict
The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Ukraine has urged Kazakh citizens to consider leaving the country due to intensified artillery shelling and airstrikes. In a recent statement, the diplomatic mission advised citizens to vacate areas near active conflict zones or leave Ukraine entirely for their safety.
The embassy emphasized the importance of heeding air raid alarms, taking shelter immediately, and following the safety guidelines issued by official authorities.
Kazakh nationals wishing to return home can use land routes through Poland or Moldova, followed by commercial flights. The embassy noted that while a Schengen visa is required for entry into Poland, no visa is needed for entry into Moldova.
