A British citizen, Yener has expressed interest in learning the Kazakh language and exploring the country’s culture, natural landscapes, and cuisine, according to Kazakh Tourism’s press service.
The visa was issued at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the UAE, and Yener plans to visit Kazakhstan in the near future.
“Kazakhstan is an amazing country! With the Neo Nomad Visa program, we now have the opportunity to stay for up to one year. This visa allows me to work remotely for my company while immersing myself in Kazakhstan’s nature, warm hospitality, cuisine, music, traditions, and language,” Yener said.
An experienced specialist in financing and developing energy projects, Yener is currently working with colleagues on a clean energy initiative in the United States.
The Neo Nomad Visa was introduced under the directive of Kazakhstan’s President with the collaboration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Trade and Integration, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and Kazakh Tourism. The visa enables foreign tourists to remain mobile, work remotely for their overseas employers, and reside in Kazakhstan for up to one year.
To apply for the new B12-1 visa type, applicants need to contact Kazakhstan’s embassies or consulates abroad.
