Kazakhstan is gearing up for frigid temperatures, as forecasters present a weather outlook for January 4-6, TuraNews.kz reports.
According to the forecast, most parts of Kazakhstan will experience unstable weather conditions, including precipitation in the form of snow, blizzards, ice, and gusty winds.
The south-eastern region is expected to be the exception, with predominantly dry weather anticipated. In the north-west and north of the country, temperatures are forecasted to range from 0 to 13 degrees Celsius during the night, plummeting to a bone-chilling 5 to 25 degrees below zero.
Residents are advised to take precautions and prepare for the severe cold, with appropriate measures to ensure safety and well-being during these anticipated freezing conditions.
