President Tokayev described To Lam’s visit as a strong signal of enduring friendship between the two nations, noting that both countries share similar aspirations for prosperity. He recalled his 2022 visit to Vietnam, where agreements were made to expand cooperation across new sectors.
To Lam thanked Kazakhstan for the warm hospitality and stated that Vietnam is ready to elevate ties, naming Kazakhstan as its first strategic partner in Central Asia. The two leaders expressed confidence that the outcomes of the talks would further deepen bilateral relations.
