Kazakhstan and Türkiye to Boost Cooperation in Higher Education and AI Research

Universities from Kazakhstan and Türkiye are launching new joint initiatives focused on artificial intelligence development and research. The announcement came during a meeting of university leaders held in Istanbul, according to 24.kz.

Turkish academics discussed strategies for advancing science and technology, as well as tools for digital modernization of industry. Kazakhstan’s Consul General in Istanbul, Nuriddin Amankul, briefed participants on the progress of educational reforms underway in Kazakhstan.

Both sides confirmed their readiness to expand long-term academic partnerships and intensify collaborative research projects.

Ahmet Cevat Açar, Rector of Sabahattin Zaim University, emphasized the importance of closer ties: “We are pleased to see cooperation between our brotherly nations deepen across various sectors. Stronger links between universities will greatly benefit our shared future, as the growth of well-educated youth is vital for national development.”
