The diplomats also exchanged views on cooperation within Turkic integration bodies, the United Nations, and other international platforms, addressing key global and regional issues.
An action plan for 2025 was agreed upon, with both parties pledging to deepen the strategic partnership between Astana and Ankara.
In a separate meeting, Bakaev met with Deputy Foreign Minister Nuh Yilmaz to discuss recent developments in the Middle East and enhance cooperation within the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
