Kazakh Tennis Players Shine in Top 100 World Rankings as Season Nears End
As the current tennis season concludes, Kazakhstani players have demonstrated commendable performances, with 10 athletes securing positions in the global Top 100 rankings, according to information from the Tennis Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan reported by TuraNews.kz.
In the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) singles rankings, Elena Rybakina has claimed an impressive 4th position, while Yulia Putintseva secured the 69th spot. In doubles, Anna Danilina holds the 56th position.
Turning to the men’s Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) rankings, Alexander Bublik has achieved the 32nd rank globally. Among doubles players, Alexander Nedovyesov, the leader of the Kazakhstan men’s doubles team, will finish the year in the 44th position, while Andrey Golubev is at 61st place.
In the International Tennis Federation (ITF) junior world rankings, two young talents from Kazakhstan have made it into the Top 100. Amir Omarkhanov occupies the 57th position, and Asylzhan Arystanbekova stands at 66th place.
