The Kazakhstan national team, part of Group A, displayed a stellar performance by scoring six goals against Türkiye, securing a significant victory. This accomplishment enhances their prospects of advancing beyond the group stage, as conveyed by the press service of the Sports Development Directorate of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
It is noteworthy that the first-round match between Kazakhstan and Great Britain concluded with a 0-4 score in favor of the opposing team.
Participating in Division II alongside Kazakhstan are China, Latvia, the Netherlands, Great Britain, and Türkiye. With this victory, Kazakhstan is gearing up for upcoming matches, facing Latvia on January 18, followed by clashes against China and the Netherlands on January 21.
