In Uzbekistan, aviation, railway, and bus tickets can now be purchased through a unified system.

As part of the digitalization of Uzbekistan's tourism sector, a single online platform for national tourism is being developed, designed to be convenient and accessible for travelers.

This new system will simplify travel and provide a significant boost to the tourism industry, reports UzA.

The main goal of the platform is to offer all tourism services in one place. Travelers can easily purchase aviation, railway, and bus tickets online through a unified system. Additional features include hotel bookings, guide and translator services, and vehicle rentals.

According to the Cabinet of Ministers’ decision, the system will be implemented in two stages:

  1. From September 1, 2025, the platform will launch in a test mode.
  2. Full functionality will be available from December 1, 2025.

This platform integrates all tourism-related needs in one place, leveraging innovative solutions and digital technologies.

The platform content is available in 14 foreign languages, making it more accessible to international tourists. Visitors arriving in Uzbekistan can use all services online in their preferred language.

A full integration with transportation systems is one of the key benefits of the platform. It is connected to electronic ticketing systems such as “Uztrans,” “Uzbek Railways,” “Uzbek Airlines,” and other organizations handling passenger transport. Travelers will thus be able to easily find and purchase tickets to any destination.

Benefits of the platform for the tourism industry:

  • Improved quality of tourist services.
  • Easier access to landmarks, museums, and cultural sites.
  • Simplified internal transportation within the country.
  • Favorable conditions for foreign tourists visiting Uzbekistan.

Furthermore, the platform allows for real-time collection and analysis of tourism-related data. It helps track tourist queries and movements, providing valuable insights for developing tourism infrastructure and enhancing service quality.
