Imanbek: Kazakhstan make some noise!

Grammy winner Kazakhstani DJ Imanbek Zeikenov answered a number of questions at the Forum of Strategic Initiatives, Kazinform reports.

“I have been in several countries for job. Each time when I return to Kazakhstan from those countries, I always see there are changes happening around the country and it really makes me happy. I think that the voice of Kazakhstan should be louder because I want our country to be recognized and respected all over the world and Kazakhstan to be recognized as a peacemaker in the world” the musician said.

Imanbek stated that there are many talented young people who do not have enough support in Kazakhstan.

“As for how Kazakhstan should change in the next 7 years, we need to provide opportunities to people. Because, according to my observation, there are many talented people in the regions of Kazakhstan who are waiting for a chance to show themself. That’s true. Our government should take some action for the development of these talents. We have a lot of smart young people working at Google and Facebook. I’ve been hearding and reading a lot about them. I have friends who studied with me, who later improved their education in the field of IT and earn good money. Kazakhstanis can accomplish in IT language. I hope that our IT specialists can create unicorn companies with revenues exceeding one billion dollars. In the next 7 years, I want Kazakhstan to become not only a country that we want to return to, but also a country that foreigners dream of visiting and want to live in,” said Imanbek Zeikenov.
