The majority of the country’s territory will remain under the influence of atmospheric frontal systems, leading to precipitation, primarily rain, throughout both night and day.
“Significant rainfall is anticipated on April 9th in the southern and southeastern regions, followed by heavy precipitation from April 9th to 11th in the east, and on April 11th in central Kazakhstan. Additionally, winds are expected to intensify, with thunderstorms, hail, and gusty winds forecasted in the southern regions,” stated meteorologists.
Daytime temperatures are forecasted to range as follows:
- Northern regions: 0 to +8°C
- Northwest, east, and central regions: +5 to +15°C
- Western and southern regions: +15 to +23°C
“Fog is expected across Kazakhstan during the night and morning hours,” according to reports from the RSE Kazhydromet.
It’s worth noting that reservoirs in the Kostanay region are currently at 99% capacity.
