Raev expressed his gratitude to the folklore groups who traveled from afar and stated, “TURKSOY is the first cooperative organization created by independent Turkic republics to promote the culture and civilization of the Turkic world. You will showcase our cultural richness in Ankara and several other cities in Turkey, highlighting various aspects of the Turkic world and demonstrating our contribution to human civilization to the entire world,” he said.
Sultan Raev also personally shook hands with each artist and presented the creative groups with certificates of appreciation and gifts.
