From September 26–28, 2025, Almaty will host the Central Asian Regional Forum “Organic EXPO-2025.” The event is organized by Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Agriculture, the S. Seifullin Kazakh Agro-Technical Research University, and the “Organic EXPO-2025” Organizing Committee.
The forum will bring together government officials, international organizations, scientists, businesses, and civil society to discuss sustainable and organic farming, eco-friendly technologies, and the expansion of international cooperation. Key topics include green economy development, reducing carbon footprints, youth engagement through educational programs, and integrating innovations in agriculture.
The program features plenary and breakout sessions, an organic product fair, the “Organic Caravan” with artisans and farmers, hands-on workshops, and field visits to certified organic farms in Almaty region.
